How we work
We are operated from San José, Costa Rica, with a NOC running 24/7/365. That shapes how we build: systems are documented so anyone on call can understand them, changes are traceable, and incidents are reviewed for evidence rather than blame. We value clear writing as much as clean code — if a runbook is wrong, the fix is part of the job.
