You can request permanent deletion of your Ring account and the associated personal data at any time, using the form below or by email at [email protected].
Request deletion.
Fill in the form using the email address associated with your account. You will receive a confirmation by email, and we will process the deletion once we have verified your identity.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, so we can verify your identity.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- Include your full name and your phone number or account identifier.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account and the associated data.
If you'd rather not use the form, you can also open an email with the template already filled in or write directly to [email protected].
What data is deleted
Once your request is verified, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
- profile and contact details (name, email, phone);
- account credentials and settings;
- usage data linked to your account that we are not required to retain.
What we may retain
We may keep certain information for as long as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations — for example, billing records or data that Costa Rican telecommunications regulations require us to keep. This data is retained only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Timeframe
We acknowledge your request and process the deletion, typically, within 30 days of verifying your identity. If you have active services or balances, we will contact you before completing the process.
